Welcome to our IMPACT’s Inaugural GIRLS Basketball Skill Development Program!

Join our weekly training at Hong Kong International School to elevate your game throughout the school term.

Through our skill development training program, IMPACT Coaching Team will help you improve on the following areas:

– Technical
Ball-handling, shooting, rebounding, footwork and finishing skills

– Tactical
Reading the defense, creating your shot, spacing, 1-on-1 offense and defense

– Performance
Increasing speed and agility, improving endurance and conditioning

– Mindset
Building mental discipline and toughness, player confidence and focus, and game preparation

Period: January 15 – April 30, 2019

Schedule: Tuesday (1 session per week, public & school holidays excluded)

Time: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Venue: Middle School Gym, Hong Kong International School. 1 Red Hill Road, Tai Tam, Hong Kong.
